    Description
    • Support performance marketingacross different channels, such as Paid Search, and collaborateclosely with any partner agencies to deploy, optimize, and reporton results.
    • Work with the Digital Marketingteam to ensure that messaging is consistent and aligned across allmedia, as well as to improve audiencestrategy.
    • Manage budgets and campaigns acrossall digital channels to achieve a high return on investment and alow cost of acquisition, and make sure that money is spent wiselyacross all performance channels.
    • Develop andmanage digital prospecting and remarketing efforts, as well astest/learn initiatives.
    • Keep track of key mediaperformance metrics and report on them.
    • Ensureeffective planning, execution, and optimization for key trafficKPIs via paid, organic, and owned mediachannels.
    • Identify and test new channels toensure that established important metrics are met orexceeded.
    • Collaborate closely with managementto offer ideas for improving funnel conversions, receivingfeedback, and presentingoutcomes.
