    Description

    Our client leading independent wholesaler (B2B) and reseller of digital gaming products (B2C) and one of the highest transacting PayPal merchants in the GCC region. They are on a massive growth trajectory and have ambitions to grow in multiple new markets and increase penetration in existing markets.

    They are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with eCommerce experience to join their Dubai office with the goal of growing sales and revenue.

    Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of paid acquisition, including Shopping, Search, and Social.
  • Lead the overall paid strategy utilising advertising technologies from Google (Shopping, PMAX, Merchant Centre), Bing, Facebook, etc..
  • Utilise broadcast channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Twitch to create awareness of our product and service offering.
  • Manage advertising budget across multiple advertising accounts, regions, and languages.
  • Introduce strategies and tactics to increase market share in new markets and territories
  • Work closely with the product and data team to identify trends and opportunities to generate sales and revenue.
  • Report on account, campaign, and product level performance using metrics such as CPA, COS, and ROAS.
  • Ensure paid media channels make a positive and growing contribution to the business
  • Ensure the data integrity of shopping data feeds
  • Work with the Head of Marketing on strategy, planning, and forecasting.
  • Ideate and brainstorm product and website enhancements to help conversion rate and the overall user experience of the website.

    • Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in an eCommerce, Agency, or Digital business
  • Previously managed budgets in excess of $1M per annum
  • Comfortable analysing large sets of data
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Passionate Excel user
  • Expert user of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Merchant Centre, Facebook Ads Accounts
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to present to management
  • Enterprising and critical thinker
  • Knowledge of computer gaming an advantage
  • Experience of selling a digital product a plus Great reporting skills
  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills
