    Black & Grey HR iscurrently recruiting a Executive Assistant for a well establshiedsignage and advertising The ideal candidate will provide top-levelassistance for They should be well organized and be comfortablescheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executivesLastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and helpwith any necessary meeting Other responsibilities include Provide administrative support by sitting in on and taking minutesduring high-profile meetings, preparing important documents,handling communications between company executives,

    • Prioritizing emails, preparingletters and reports, communicating clearly, confidently, and in aprofessional
    manner at all levelsboth internally and externally, ensuring all correspondence andrelevant materials are produced in a timely and accuratemanner

    • Understanding theimportance of key meetings, building flexibility into the diary andanticipating needs, arranging meetings, and preparing briefingmaterials as and when required
    • Handle travel, reservation, and meeting requests for the SeniorLeadership team
    • Handlingsensitive information and material with the highest level ofdiscretion and must be willing to travel for meetings and supportleadership
    • Prioritize andmanage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through onissues in a timely manner
    • Assistwith other ad hoc projects asnecessary
    • Manage calendar andassist in all organizationalneeds
    • Support with personaltasks such as arrange flights, hotels, restaurants, transportation,preparing monthly decks, keep track of expenses
    • Attention to detail and passionfor excellence and enjoys administrativetasks

    Requirements

    -Bachelors degree required

    • Strong work tenure: 3+ years of experience supporting C-Level/Senior Management
    • Experience andinterest in internal and external communications &partnership development
    • Proficient in different automation tools & excellentcommand over written & verbalEnglish


    • Proficient withMicrosoft Office

    • Wellorganized
