    In qualità di Tirocinante nel Front Office, fornirà assistenza nelle attività giornaliere del Front Office e lavorerà a contatto con clienti e ospiti, come parte di un progetto volto a farle dimostrare le sue capacità di lavorare nel settore della gestione alberghiera. I Tirocinanti nel Front Office sono responsabili delle prime impressioni dei nostri ospiti e, pertanto, devono svolgere le seguenti mansioni mantenendo sempre gli standard più elevati:

    • Garantire un funzionamento preciso ed efficiente della reception, comprese le procedure di check-in/check-out
    • Rispondere in modo veloce ed efficiente alle domande degli ospiti
    • Assicurarsi che il Responsabile del Front Office e i Supervisori della reception siano consapevoli di qualsiasi riscontro significativo da parte degli ospiti e/o di altri reparti
    • Offrire costantemente un servizio clienti di alta qualità
    • Conoscere a fondo tutte le categorie di camere, le tariffe, i pacchetti, le promozioni e altre informazioni generali sui prodotti che siano necessarie per svolgere mansioni quotidiane
    • Aumentare al massimo il tasso di occupazione delle camere e utilizzare tecniche di upselling per promuovere i servizi e le strutture dell'hotel
    • Comprendere le procedure corrette relative all'accettazione di valute straniere, carte di credito e contanti, in linea con le norme sul credito dell'hotel
    • Rispondere alle chiamate in arrivo al centralino, come richiesto
    • Garantire che tutte le consegne e i messaggi per gli ospiti vengano recapitati in modo efficace ed efficiente
    • Agire nel rispetto delle norme antincendio e delle normative su salute e sicurezza sul lavoro, seguendo le procedure corrette quando richiesto
    • Agire in linea con norme e procedure quando si lavora con attrezzature a contatto con il pubblico e sistemi di gestione della proprietà
    • Partecipare agli opportuni corsi di formazione, come richiesto
    • Seguire e aderire agli standard del marchio
    • Fornire assistenza ad altri reparti, se necessario, e mantenere buone relazioni di lavoro
    • Collaborare con il proprio responsabile per identificare un progetto specifico da completare durante il periodo di tirocinio
