    Description


    We are in search of a well-coordinated site engineer with excellent leadership abilities to become part of our expanding team. The site engineer will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of construction projects, supervising the site team, labor force, and contractors, estimating time and material costs, ensuring quality assurance, following health and safety protocols, and preparing reports for different stakeholders. You should collaborate with diverse professionals and develop work schedules that adhere to deadlines.
    To excel as a site engineer, strong analytical and logical reasoning skills are vital. Exceptional candidates will showcase a strong work ethic and excel in high-pressure environments.


    Job Responsibilities:
    - Organizing materials to maintain safe and clean sites.
    - Estimating costs and ensuring the availability of necessary materials and tools.
    - Offering technical advice and proposing enhancements for specific projects.
    - Identifying and resolving equipment issues as needed.
    - Negotiating with suppliers and vendors for optimal contracts.
    - Approving technical drawings and engineering blueprints.
    - Creating work timetables and communicating any changes to team members and clients.
    - Collecting data, preparing reports, and presenting to relevant stakeholders.
    - Assigning tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions as necessary.
    - Conducting quality assurance checks and providing team feedback.


    Job Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field like Civil Engineering.
    - Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
    - Previous experience in a similar position.
    - Profound understanding of Engineering, construction, and site supervision & execution.
    - Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
    - Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations for on-site implementation.
    - Application of logical and critical thinking to projects.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    - Eagerness to acquire new knowledge.
