    Description


    Assist the Senior Contract Manager to developand implement contract management policy & procedures inorder to ensure that all contractual decisions are in accordancewith defined guidelines and supported by appropriatedocumentation.

    Oversee the direct reportsand support as required to meet deadlines, review correspondencesand commitments to external parties, attend meetings,etc.

    Lead meeting with internal departmentsand/or program/ project teams to discuss the customer'srequirements and/or interpret RFQ/RFP/RFI to gather the technicalrequirements of the requested services and provide high level risksassociated with post-award contractadministration

    Draft, revise and modifyvarious agreements, negotiate best terms with customers andsuppliers, propose conditions and finalize contracts andobligations in the best interest of theCompany.

    Draft and review contractual andcommercial correspondences in coordination with internalstakeholders including but not limited to matters concerning scope,cost, time, change, etc.

    to customers and externalentities.

    Manage the delivery of complexcustomer/supplier contracts and agreements (including and notlimited to NDA's, Exclusivity Agreements, TeamingAgreements, Licensing Agreements, Supply Agreements, ServicesAgreements etc.), whilst ensuring that all commercial and technicalinputs and terms & conditions are in the best interest ofthe Company.

    Develop, review and processvariation orders and amendments while assessing the impact ofchange in scope, price and time schedule impact in collaborationwith PMO, Finance Department and Legal.

    Review pre and post contract award risks specific to technical andcommercial aspects. Ensure risk mitigation measures/solution toProgram/Project Managers are recommended.

    Manage the resolution of all disputes related to contracts in theinterest of the Company and prepare finalsettlements.

    Manage the delivery ofresponses to customers/suppliers regarding contract deviations,modification technical & commercial terms &conditions etc.

    Ensure effective managementof all relevant contract related correspondences and documentationsas per the quality management and information securitypolicy.

    Foster collaborative relationshipswith the key stakeholders, customers, vendors/suppliersetc.


    Coordinate with Internal Auditors/External Auditors and ensure that the team provides all documentsfor the completion of audits, as and whenrequired.

    Guide, mentor and providefunctional supervision to the Contract team/staff includingsuccession planning for training, development andgrowth.

    Work closely with the SeniorContract Manager and Commercial Department team members tofacilitate continuous exchange of knowledge and ensure that lessonslearned are adopted as appropriate.
