    Description
    Responsibilities
    • Set monthly sales targets and review sales performance regularly.
    • Support the Director of Property Sales using a strategic management approach.
    • Analyze competitors and provide recommendations to improve market position.
    • Attend client meetings to assist Sales Account Managers.
    • Create dashboards to track competition performance and establish SOPs for the Sales Ops team.
    • Collaborate with various departments to develop data-driven business strategies.
    • Share data with stakeholders and work on enhancing product offerings.
    • Improve CRM tools and manage self-service tools for end-users.
    • Present insights to senior management for decision-making.
    • Provide recommendations on business strategy and drive operational improvements.
    • Develop presentations and work on budgeting and forecasting based on insights.
    • Monitor performance metrics and manage profit and loss for online properties.
    • Act as the point of contact between Central Data Team and Sales.
    • Oversee project delivery and work independently on complex projects.
    • Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Statistics, Master's is an advantage.
    • 6+ years of experience in strategy/business analytics/sales roles.
    • Experience in e-commerce, internet, and digital media industries.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of Commercial and Financial concepts.
    • Ability to analyze data, build insights, and make operational decisions.
    • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
