    Description
    • Develop and implement monthlysales targets for the sales team.
    • Lead andconduct the monthly business review for the property salesteam.
    • Provide direct support to the Director ofProperty Sales using a management consultingapproach.
    • Analyze competitive business models,offering strategic recommendations to strengthen our marketposition.
    • Regularly attend client meetings(minimum of 3 times per month) to support Sales AccountManagers.
    • Design and create dashboards trackingcompetition performance, adhering to best practices and codingstandards.
    • Establish processes and SOPs(standard operating procedures) for the Sales Opsteam.
    • Collaborate with cross-functionalpartners in product, engineering, operations, finance, andmarketing to develop data-driven business strategies androadmaps.
    • Extract and share data withstakeholders using Dashboards/Reports or GoogleSheets.
    • Work closely with product managers toimprove product offerings, including pricing strategies and newproduct experiments.
    • Enhance the CRM tool byintegrating business needs and productrequirements.
    • Manage self-service tools forend-users, facilitating data exploration with minimalassistance.
    • Present models, findings, andinsights to senior management to support strategicdecision-making.
    • Provide objectiverecommendations on business strategy, monetization, and operationalimprovements.
    • Develop documentation andpresentations for management.
    • Partner with thefinance team to develop budgets, forecasts, and ad hoc analysesbased on data-driven insights and operatingmetrics.
    • Monitor and track in-month performancemetrics.
    • Act as the point of contact betweenthe Central Data Team and Sales, spending most of the time on thesales floor preparing sales aid kits andpresentations.
    • Oversee and manage the profitand loss (P&L) of the onlineproperty.
    • Ensure timely delivery of projects,either independently or by involving other analysts asneeded.
    • Demonstrate the ability to workautonomously on complex projects without directsupervision.
    • Mentor junior team members,providing guidance and validating theirwork.
    • Take initiative to drive continuousimprovement and innovation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree inComputer Science or Statistics, Master is anadvantage
    • 6+ years of work experience instrategy / business analytics/sales enabler role, having closelyworked with product in an internet/e-commercecompany
    • Experience in e-commerce, internetand/or digital media
    • Proficient in MicrosoftExcel
    • Knowledgeable inSQL
    • Strong problem-solving skills andCommercial and Financial concepts.
    • Ability tocrunch heavy data, build insights and drive operational decisionmaking
    • Excellent analytical skills with ademonstrated ability to translate data and information intoactionable insights and businessrecommendations
    • Exceptional project managementskills and attention to detail
    • Excellentstakeholder management and communicationskills
