    Description

    • Provides support to the ProjectManager in managing projects
    • Liaises with theoperations team for lecturers' availability and materialsrequirements
    • Maintains internal documentationon project management
    • Formats and editslearning materials
    • Ensures technical andcontent accuracy of documentation
    • Coordinatespublication and distribution of learningmaterials
    • Assists in preparation, distributionand summary of attendance reports, feedback forms,certificates
    • Maintains accurate records on ADMand LMS
    • Responsible for arranging logisticsfor the project teams and SMEs for the delivery of thecourses/programme (flights, hotels,transportation)
    • Provides general adminsupport
    • Conducts research and adds to theexisting library of resources/e-books
    • AssistSME in the programme content development by researching relevantcontent within the PwC resources (whitepapers/publications)

    Course administrationactivities including:

    • Initiating opening ofjob codes
    • Summarizing courseevaluation/feedback
    • Preparing progress reportsrelated to all client projects.
    • PreparingCourse Billing Instruction (CBI)
    • Registrationin client portal
    • Uploading of invoices inclient portal
    • Arranging logistics for thetrainer – booking flights and hotel
    • Adding courses in the ADM and updating the attendance in theADM
    • Formatting client deliverable such ascourse materials (trainer slide, participant workbook, post coursereports)
    • Visa processing of SME and relevantresources
    • Summarize course/programmeevaluation report and prepare post coursereports
