    Description

    Apt Resources is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Marketing Manager to join the team of one of their esteemed clients in the food and beverage industry. As the Group Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the client's various F&B outlets and drive customer engagement and revenue growth of their outlets across the UAE. This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the industry and a proven track record in delivering successful marketing campaigns.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the client's overall business objectives
    • Plan and manage marketing campaigns for various F&B outlets, including digital, social media, and traditional channels
    • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and effective marketing materials
    • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
    • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners and industry influencers
    • Stay updated on emerging marketing trends and technologies to ensure the client remains at the forefront of the industry

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry in UAE
    • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for F&B outlets
    • Deep understanding of the industry and consumer behavior
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
