    Bid SupportAdministrator

    SECare seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to jointheir dynamic team in Dubai as aBid Support Administrator. As a BidSupport Administrator you will play a crucial role in supportingthe Sales and Business Development teams both in the US and UAE inpreparing proposals and leading the preparation of thePQQ/ITT/RFP/RFQ submissions as required to contribute to thesuccess of SEC projects in the UAE along with projects of SunshineEnterprise USA (SEU) & Sunshine Project Management in theUnitedStates.

    Fullyimmersed in the bids and tender process and you will have anexceptional eye for detail and be able to work quickly andefficiently under pressure across several competing work streamswith strong communication organizational and project managementskills.

    Itis the responsibility of the Bid Support Administrator to ensureall PQQ/ITT/RFP/RFQ submissions are tracked and content technicalinformation project team capability statements and financialinformation is accurate relevant and delivered within the brandingguidelines showing consistency at all times. Facilitating PQQ/Bidmeetings with key stakeholders/partners to determine the scope andtimelines you will lead the coordination of SEC/SEU sresponse.

    Thisposition will cover a global region. However a large focus of thebids and tenders will be for projects based in the UAE with a remitfor projects in the wider GCC and USA. Constantly reviewing theprocess to encourage continuous development to improve the successof the bids you will have a high level of business acumen andmarket intelligence to support this process. The role will be basedin our Dubai office and you will be an integral part of the PQQ/Bidprocess providing guidance and your proven administration/projectmanagement experience. Please note this role is based on thePQQ/Bid at initial stage through to completion with a high level ofefficiency quality andconsistency.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    PQQ/BidCoordination

    • Collaboratewith project managers subject matter experts and other stakeholdersto lead SEC/SEU s PQQ/Bidresponse.
    • Assistthe Project Lead in the PQQ/Bid coordination process ensuringcompliance with SEC/SEU/SPM brand guidelines and meeting clientrequirements for formal and informal solicitations such as Lettersof Interest (LOIs) Expressions of Interest (EOIs) Requests forQualifications (RFQ) and Requests for Proposals(RFP).
    • Collectand compile proposal and presentation content from various sourcesincluding company archives subconsulting firms and technicalcontentproviders.
    • Coordinatedocument layouts printing and binding for final production ofprojects.
    • Managethe input of technical components and write nontechnicalsections.
    • Developand edit graphics to enhance proposalvisuals.
    • Thoroughlyreview and edit proposals to ensure clarity coherence and adherencetoguidelines.
    • Submitcompleted proposals toclients.

    ProposalDevelopment / QualityAssurance

    • Prepareedit and format proposals ensuring compliance with clientrequirements and SEC/SEU/SPMstandards.
    • Workclosely with technical teams to translate complex technicalinformation into clear and compellingcontent.
    • Developand maintain a library of standard proposal content for reuse andcontinuousimprovement.
    • Coordinatethe writing of Project Summaries postproposalsubmission.
    • Maintainand update the proposal library and project profile library forreference and continuousimprovement.
    • Reviewfilter and distribute tenders received from online tender searchservices.
    • Ensureall proposals meet highquality standards aligned with SEC/SEU/SPMbranding guidelines and effectively communicate the companyscapabilities.
    • Conductthorough quality checks to guarantee accuracy completeness andconsistency in all proposalcomponents.

    KeySkills &Experience:

    • Tosecure this position you should have approximately 24 yearsexperience in a similar Bid Support Administrator role preferablywithin a professional services firm in theGCC/USA.
    • Itis expected that you will have advanced MS Office 365 Suitecapabilities (including excel and PowerPoint) and document controlmanagement.
    • RelevantDiploma or bachelor s degree in a relatedfield.
    • ExcellentEnglish language communication and written skills ability to easilycommunicate the required ideas or concept and tailor responses toclientspecifications.
    • Abilityto engage with stakeholders confidently and knowledgably across alllevels ofseniority.
    • Understandingof graphic design and an eye for communicating content visually caneffectively use brandguidelines.
    • Skillsin Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat & InDesign) Canva AI ToolsGraphic DesignSoftware

    Key Skills & Experience: To secure this position you shouldhave approximately 2-4 years experience in a similar Bid SupportAdministrator role, preferably within a professional services firmin the GCC/USA. It is expected that you will have advanced MSOffice 365 Suite capabilities (including excel and PowerPoint) anddocument control management. Relevant Diploma or bachelor s degreein a related field.
