    Description
    • Manages the day-to-day operationsof the outlet providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, andfacilitating related professional work processes to achieve highperformance standards and liaise with internal and external partiesat the appropriate levels to ensure smooth flow ofoperations.
    • Develops the annual outlet businessplan, revenue targets and expense budgets and present for reviewwith the Director of F&B to ensure this is in line withJumeirah Group policies.
    • Monitors customersatisfaction and respond to customer feedback and complaintsensuring procedures are followed to preserve the restaurants andthe Group's positive image.
    • Monitorsand forecast progress against the plan throughout the year andinitiate corrective actions, if required, to drive optimalperformance and achieve financial and other businesstargets.
    • Ensures Guests' diningexperience by maintaining consistently high personalised servicestandards, good food quality and presentation, in line with theirexpectations.
    • Attracts patrons by developingand implementing marketing, advertising, public and communityrelations programs; evaluating program results; identifying andtracking changing demands.
    • Monitors reports,customer feedback, competitor activities and industry trends toensure the restaurant concepts, services and menus deliver requiredbusiness results.
    • Maintains professional andtechnical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the restaurantindustry, attending educational workshops, reviewing professionalpublications, and establishing personal networks to stay up to datewith international trends and to ensure the competitive advantageof the restaurant
    • Manages and ensures effectivepurchasing, stock control and food cost control, selecting goodvalue high quality products in line with the outlet concept andbudgets, and maintaining availability whilst minimising waste andloss.
    • Ensures compliance to all relevantHealth, Safety and Environment management procedures and controlswithin a defined area of activity so that Jumeirah Group providesworld class and luxurious hospitality services to itsguests.
    • Recommends continuous improvements todepartmental policies, processes, and procedures. Provideinstructions and guidance to subordinates for successfulimplementation where necessary. Monitor'smanager's adherence to relevant policies and proceduresso that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent mannerwhile delivering a quality service to guests and maintainingstandards of excellence
    • Motivates subordinatesand contribute to the identification of opportunities forparticipating in change initiatives, programs and projectsconsidering best practices, improvement of processes andproductivity improvement.
    • Perform related tasksand duties as assigned and deemed responsible bymanagement.
