    What will you be doing?

    • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks for the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files
    • Assist in the preparation and review of proposals, contracts, and other documents related to our construction projects
    • Develop and maintain a system for tracking project deadlines and deliverables
    • Create and update marketing materials to support our business development efforts
    • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
    • Assist with the management of our project budgets and financial records
    • Support our team in the field, as needed, to ensure the successful completion of our construction projects
