    Secretary - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Juma Al Majid Holding Group L.L.C

    Description
    • Prepare and manage correspondence,reports and documents for a smooth sales operation ofoutlet.
    • Organize and coordinate meetings forSales Manager, type and distribute minutes ofmeetings.
    • Maintain schedules and calendarsarrange and confirm appointments
    • Organizeinternal and external events
    • Handle incomingmail and other material and maintain filingsystems
    • Communicate verbally and in writing toanswer inquiries liaison with internal and externalcontacts
    • Handle telephone calls, prepareinvoices, payment collection, bank coordination, preparation ofmonthly salesman report, analysis of incoming calls for salesman,all kinds of filing within the department.

    Requirements

    • BasicGraduation in any discipline.
    • Minimum 1-2 yearsworking experience in similar position
    • Goodknowledge in Microsoft applications
    • Fluent inEnglish ( written and spoken)
    • Relevant trainingor qualification
    • Knowledge and experience ofrelevant software applications - spreadsheets, word processing, anddatabase management of administrative and clericalprocedures
    • Proficient English language skillsand proven experience of producing correspondence anddocuments
    • Punctual organized and has good timemanagement skills &confidentiality
