Our client one of theworld s leading sports resorts is looking for a GuestRelations Specialist (Hospitality) to join their teambased in Abu DhabiUAE.
Ultimately this role will manage guest services and our company simage by answering guests requests and making sure our guests aresatisfied.
Duties&ResponsibilitiesIncharge in making sure that the frontdesk staff includingReceptionist andGuests
RelationsRepresentatives are offering stellar customer service and providememorable hospitality experiences for our guests ensuring we complywith all standards and operatingprocedures
Manage guestservices staffing and supervision including scheduling trainingperformance management coaching and discipline as neededpromotional recommendationsetc.
Conduct andattend effective shift briefings to ensure resort activities andoperational requirements are well planned &executed.
Toevaluate constantly the staffing guide and plans the staffrequirements to suit the operationalrequirements
Responsible foreffective communication of VIP Amenities with Housekeeping F& B Concierge Front Office Reservations andSales
Isthe key person to meet and greet VIP guests upon arrival anddeparture main contact for top VIPguests
Analyzes guestpreferences and prepares reports for improvement on GuestSatisfaction
Liaison with VIPguests for private business meetings social events gatheringsetc.
Prearrivalcommunication arrival experience check in procedure billing andcheck outprocedures
Analyze andrecord all guests feedback & surveys and continuously driveforimprovement
Monitor in houseguests satisfaction and manage guests complaints; handle guestcomplaints and follow up & update Guest on correctiveactionsundertaken.
Requirements
Bachelor sdegree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or a related field orequivalent commercialexperienceMinimum 10 yearsexperience in hospitality and / or sports facilitiesenvironment
Experience in anintegrated Private or SemiPrivate Resort and Country Club or SportsClub with both Membership and Public access in a seniorrole
Minimum 5 yearsUAE experience in Hospitality gained in a managerial role with aproven track record in hotel related industries ispreferred
Excellentleadership skills with experience of driving performance inteams
Ability toprovide honest feedback and constructive criticism to theteam
Commercialawareness must have a strong understanding of KeyPerformance
Indicators andhow it pertains to the success of guest relationsactivities
AnalyticalSkills Problem Solving Skills Excellent CommunicationSkills
Agile andadaptable able to thrive in rapidly growingbusiness
Providequantitative and qualitative reports using data from guestsfeedback andsurveys.Applicantsresiding within the UAE will be givenpreference.
