    Zentech Consulting ishiring a Part Time Medical Receptionist / Medical Assistant inVenice,;


    SCHEDULE:

    Monday,Tuesday, and Thursday8am-4:30pm
    • Greetingpatients and visitors in person or on the telephone, schedulingappointments, and maintaining records and
    • Keepspatient appointments on schedule by notifying providers of patientsarrival
    • Ensuresavailability of treatment information by filing and retrievingpatient
    • Maintainspatient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal andfinancial
    • Obtainsrevenue by recording and updating financial information, recordingand collecting patient charges, controlling credit extended topatients, and
    • Maintainsbusiness office inventory and equipment by checking stock todetermine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placingand expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies,and scheduling equipment service andrepairs.
    • Protectspatients rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical,personal, and financial
    • Maintainsoperations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed
    • Contributesto team effort by accomplishing related results as
    • Escortpatients to exam rooms, interview patients, measure vital signs,including weight and blood pressure, and document all informationin the patients ;
    • Ensureall related reports, labs and information is filled out andavailable in patients medical records prior to theirappointment
    • Preparestreatment rooms for patient examinations; Assist physician andphysician assistant in examrooms
    • Disinfects,cleans treatment rooms following patient examinations; Maintainssafe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing andfollowing standards and procedures; complying with legalregulations
    • Keepexam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintaininstruments, prepare sterilization as required; Properly disposesof contaminatedsupplies
