    Overview

    We are currently recruiting a Leasing Executive to join the Property Asset Management team. As Leasing Executive your primary responsibilities will be to manage and oversee administration of leasing activities of the company's property portfolio. You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive tenant relationships, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This position requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, legal understanding, and a strategic approach to maximize the value of the property assets.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the end-to-end lease administration process.
    • Negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants.
    • Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure favourable lease terms.
    • Conduct market analysis to determine competitive leasing strategies.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease records.
    • Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.
    • Ensure all lease agreements adhere to legal requirements.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for tenants.
    • Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
    • Foster positive tenant relationships to enhance tenant retention.
    • Stay informed about local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property leasing.
    • Generate and present regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and financial performance.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and property performance.
    • Work closely with property managers, legal counsel, and finance teams to align leasing activities with overall business goals.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available spaces and attract potential tenants.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business or a related field.
    • Proven experience in property leasing or real estate management.
    • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of lease agreements.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of relevant property laws and regulations.
    • Ability to analyse market trends and implement effective leasing strategies
    • Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
    • The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (KF Internal Systems).
    • Certifications and Licenses: MRICS desired but not essential.
    • Software: Microsoft Office programs to a proficient level. Proficiency using property management software.
    • Language skills: Fluency in Arabic and English, written and verbal.
    • Travel: Flexible attitude towards travelling.
