    Job Description:

    Sales Strategy and Planning

    • Develops new and manages existing client accounts for theevents cluster.
    • Maintains a plan for continuedclient management and followups to increase upselling and newbusiness opportunities.
    • Sell exhibition spacein accordance with set targets to ensure revenue budget isachieved.

    Sales Execution

    • Directly engage in highlevel sales negotiations andsecure key accounts.
    • Actively conducts face toface and online sales meetings and maintains a consultative salesapproach with a strong closing dimension. Monitor and assess theeffectiveness of sales strategies adjusting as needed.
    • Use market insights to identify new businessopportunities.
    • Visit exhibitions and otherevents to connect with new business opportunities.
    • Update and maintain accurate SalesForce records andpipeline daily.
    • To complete accurately andshare the weekly feedback and monthly reports with the linemanager.
    • Work closely with the marketing teamto develop campaigns and generate leads.
    • Inaccordance with the accounts department assist with the collectionsdue for exhibitor sales.

    ClientRelationship Management

    • Build andmaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and exhibitorsunderstanding their business and marketing needs.
    • Act as a point of contact for these clients addressingtheir needs and going above and beyond to deliver to theirexpectations.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction andretention through excellent service.

    Collaboration

    • Collaboratewith other departments such as marketing operations and finance toensure seamless execution of the exhibition.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to address client needsand deliver on commitments.
