    Dynamics365 Customer Engagement (CE) is a part of the broader Dynamics 365suite which is a collection of cloudbased business applicationsdeveloped by Microsoft. Dynamics 365 CE specifically focuses oncustomer relationship management (CRM) and includes various modulesand tools designed to help businesses manage their sales marketingcustomer service and field serviceoperations.
    Somekey components and features of Dynamics 365 CEinclude:
    1.Sales: Helps sales teams manage leads opportunities and accountstrack interactions with customers forecast sales and automate salesprocesses.
    2.Marketing: Provides tools for creating and executing marketingcampaigns managing leads segmenting customers and analyzingmarketingperformance.
    3.Customer Service: Enables organizations to deliver personalizedcustomer service experiences manage cases track serviceinteractions and provide support across multiplechannels.

    Responsibilities:
    • Implementand customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to align with the specificrequirements of our real estatebusiness.
    • Develop and maintain CRM workflowsforms and templates to optimize efficiency andproductivity.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to gather requirements and design solutions that meetbusiness objectives.
    • Configure and integratethirdparty applications with Dynamics CRM to enhance functionalityand usability.
    • Provide training and support toendusers to ensure effective utilization of the CRMsystem.
    • Monitor system performance troubleshootissues and implement solutions to ensure smoothoperation.
    • Stay updated on the latest CRMtrends and best practices to recommend improvements andenhancements.
    • Generate reports and dashboardsto analyze data and provide insights into sales and marketingactivities.
    • Customize CRM reports anddashboards to track key performance indicators and measure thesuccess of business initiatives.
    • Continuouslyevaluate and optimize CRM processes to streamline operations andimprove userexperience.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology BusinessAdministration or a relatedfield.
    • Minimum of 5 years ofexperience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CustomerEngagement (CE) in the real estateindustry.
    • Proficiency incustomizing Dynamics CRM entities forms workflows andplugins.
    • Strong understanding of CRM bestpractices and industry standards.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively with stakeholders at alllevels.
    • Proven track record of successfullyimplementing and maintaining CRMsystems.
    • Ability to troubleshoot technicalissues and provide timelyresolutions.
    • Experience with integratingthirdparty applications and tools with DynamicsCRM.
    • Familiarity with real estate businessprocesses and terminology ispreferred.
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certificationis aplus.
