    Requirements

    • 8-10years of hands on experience in managing highly complex Exchange& Lync environment end toend
    • Indepth understanding and working Exchange mailboxes, distributionlists andcontacts
    • Manageall aspects of Office 365, including mobile, MFA, and accesspolicies
    • In-depthunderstanding and working knowledge of various versions of MSExchange 2007/2010/ 2013/2016 and Office365
    • Especiallystrong understanding and work experience with Exchange 2010/2013& Office365
    • Deepunderstanding of Exchange 2010 & 2013 hybrid architectureand migration experience from on-premises exchange 2010 messagesystem to exchange 20103 and HybridMigrations
    • Deepunderstanding of Hybrid engine Complete administration of exchange2010 and Exchange 2013servers
    • In-depthknowledge of various features and configurations available inExchange 2010/2013, Roles and Services of Exchange 2010, Highavailability (DAG), Public Folder Management, Messaging Policiesand Compliance, Configuring Reporting and Logging, Permissions andRole Based Access Control (RBAC), TransportRules
    • Goodunderstanding and work experience of Anti-Spam and Anti-virusapplications and products like various email gateways, IronPort,proof point, Exchange onlineprotection
    • Knowledgeof Exchange Shell, VBS and windows PowerShellscripting
    • Thoroughknowledge on Active Directory Object Administration andManagement
    • Experiencein migration between different messaging platforms/differentmessagingversions
    • Goodunderstanding of DNS, E-Mail Routing, Email Tracking, SMTP /application Mail Relay, Backup and Restore, Disaster Recoveryconcepts - Single item, single mailbox, Exchange Server, ExchangeSite
    • VeryGood CommunicationSkills


    Duration: Permanent/ 6 Months and possibleextension
