    Description
    • Creation and maintenance ofreports and data in line with documented Key Performance Indicators(KPIs).
    • Ability to design, create, maintain,enhance and analyse dashboard reports and KPIs across a number ofdata intelligence tools.
    • Understand the datarelationships that exist between the business processes andsystems. In turn apply this knowledge when interpreting theinformation requirements from thebusiness.
    • Ability to identify changing trendsand anomalies in data and investigate/ explainsame.
    • Ability to translate data, analysis andcommentary into a clear and concise story to support management instrategic decisions.
    • Creation, test anddelivery of existing and ad-hoc reporting from currentsystems
    • Maintenance of reporting from legacysystems including highly complex reports e.g. Claims trend& Leakage reports to agreeddeadlines.
    • Ability to gather, interpret,identify gaps and translate business reporting requirements intoglobal reporting solutions.
    • Creation of ad hocdata extracts from an oracle database viaSQL.
    • Understanding database concepts andterminology, database design principles and elements in order todeliver reporting.
    • Expert knowledge of thefunctionality available within PowerBI, Oracle Database, Alteryx,Celonis and Excel.
    • Creation and maintenance ofrobust testing, analysis and aggregation of formatted data toensure data trustworthiness.
    • Enhance DataQuality and Integrity within Allianz Parnterssystems.
    • Proactively manage own daily, weeklyand monthly workflow to ensure key performance indicators andservice standards are met.
    • Continue to developtechnical and systems knowledge, business and insuranceunderstanding and support other teammembers.
    • Act as the Operations reference pointfor all Business Information Management relatedquestions.
    • Ensure all Operations dataperformance is aligned with key stakeholder data e.g. regionaloffice alignment.

    Whay youbring

    • Minimum of 5 years experience withextensive knowledge of Management Information Systems (preferablywithin the insurance/financial servicesindustry).
    • Exceptional analytical skills(capable of understanding complex data structures, organize andstructure data extract and transformationprocesses).
    • Excellent presentationskills.
    • Must be Arabic speaker with medicalbackground.
    • Customer focused, confident,personable character.
    • Personal Effectiveness– highly motivated, proactive, self-starter, responsibleand highly committed, high attention to detail andaccuracy.
    • Experience in working to and meetingdeadlines.
