    MUST befrom luxury resort or fivestar hotels in a large and highvolumecapacity F&Boperations.

    Havestrong management and leadership skills in leading a team dedicatedand passionate in driving quality service. Excellent spoken andwritten English is a must and additional European language will behighly regarded in this role. Has the ability to work in amulticultural and challenging working environment European / MiddleEast/GCC experience is aplus.

    Contract Details:Fulltime

    As the Head of F&B you will beresponsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverageoperations for our clients in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely withour clients to develop and implement strategies that will enhancethe overall dining experience and increaseprofitability.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    Develop and implementeffective F&B strategies to drive revenue and increasecustomer satisfaction

    Oversee the dailyoperations of all F&B outlets including restaurants barsand banquet facilities

    Monitor and analyze salesand expenses to ensure profitability and make necessary adjustmentsas needed

    Create and maintain budgets forecastsand financial reports for the F&Bdepartment

    Develop and maintain relationshipswith suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure competitivepricing and quality products

    Train and mentorF&B staff to ensure highquality service and adherence tocompany standards

    Collaborate with the marketingteam to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract newcustomers and retain existing ones

    Ensurecompliance with health and safety regulations and maintain highstandards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all F&Boutlets

    Stay updated on industry trends and makerecommendations for menu updates and improvements to keep up withcustomer preferences

    Handle any customercomplaints or issues in a timely and professionalmanner

    Conduct regular performance evaluationsfor F&B staff and provide feedback forimprovement

    Requirements:

    Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or relatedfield

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in asimilar role preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurantsetting

    Strong leadership and communicationskills

    Proven track record of driving revenueand increasing profitability in F&Boperations

    Excellent knowledge of food andbeverage industry trends and customerpreferences

    Ability to work under pressure andhandle multiple tasks simultaneously

    Strongorganizational and timemanagement skills

    Fluencyin English both written and spoken
