    Description
    • Identify potential clients,markets, and sectors for business expansion, monitoring markettrends and competitor activities.
    • Develop andmaintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling,networking, and lead generation activities, collaborating withsales and marketing teams on targeted outreachcampaigns.
    • Conduct introductory meetings withpotential clients, presenting tailored proposals and solutions tounderstand their needs and qualifyopportunities.
    • Follow up on marketing createdleads to progress them through the sales cycle, from initialcontact to contract negotiation and closure, building andmaintaining strong clientrelationships.
    • Understand marketing campaignsand strategy to integrate this in all outreach and follow upactivity
    • Support other business developmentinitiatives and projects as assigned by the leadershipteam.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in sales, businessdevelopment, or customer-facing roles, with a minimum of 5 years ofexperience.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to build rapport, negotiate effectively, andinfluence others.
    • Strong networking abilities,confidently initiating and maintaining relationships with clientsand key stakeholders.
    • Proactive andresults-driven mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding salestargets and objectives.
    • Strategic and creativethinking to identify new business opportunities and developinnovative solutions for clientneeds.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills toanalyze market trends, customer data, and competitive intelligencefor informed business decisions.
    • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRMsoftware.
    • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projectssimultaneously, and meetdeadlines.
    • Adaptability and resilience tothrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting strategiesand approaches as needed forsuccess.
