    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similarcustomerfocused role.
    • Strong verbalcommunication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
    • Ability to adapt to different customer profiles andhandle objections.
    • Goaloriented with a focuson achieving and exceeding targets.
    • Basiccomputer skills Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients tointroduce our services
    • Build and maintain apositive rapport with customers.
    • Achieve dailyand monthly call and conversion targets.
    • Keepaccurate records of interactions and update customer information inthe database.
    • Address customer inquiries andprovide information about our offerings.
