    Summary:
    The Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintainingequipment and tools used in the manufacturingprocess.

    Responsibilities:
    Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs manufacturing equipment andtools used in manufacturing
    Communicates problems toEngineers and/or leader
    Assists with the creation andupdating of maintenance procedures and instructions
    Assists in the testing and qualification for new equipment,materials, and processes
    Assists in performingexperiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis
    Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvementactivities
    Complies and follows all company securitypolicies and procedures.
    Performs other duties andresponsibilities asassigned.

    Works on problems ofdiverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation ofidentifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selectingmethods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Builds productiveinternal/external working relationships. Mentors and trains juniortechnicians

    Aseasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding ofarea of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creativeways. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented,journey-level position.

    Supervision:
    Normally receives little instruction onday-to-day work, general instructions on newassignments.

    8+ years of experience; 3+years in a leadership role; Ability to provide various levels ofengineer quality work; Excellent presentation skills; Effectiveinterpersonal skills at all levels within the organization and withcustomers; Ability to work on the most complex products andissues
