    About the team
    The Global LocationStrategy team aims to define and deploy strategies that support ourglobal expansion and regional business growth. Our consultants andanalysts are responsible for comprehensive research and analysis ofGlobal Real Estate markets whilst leading our real estate businessstrategy development and rollout.

    Responsibilities
    • Real EstateStrategy Operations: Understand the companys development strategyand business needs provide strategic support for real estatedevelopment and conduct location strategy analysis and spatialplanning for the companys buildings across the globe.
    • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis fromthe macro level of national and regional dimensions to the microlevel of urban planning including multidimensional effectiveinformation collection and qualitative and quantitative analysis ofpolicy trends location advantages industry development talentstructure industry benchmarking and site planning.
    • According to the companys development strategy andbusiness needs combined with changes in global macroeconomic andgeopolitical situations and industry trends regularly communicateand provide effective feedback on the research progress and resultsof spatial location (including with business lines and functionalteams) thereby refining strategies to ensure implementation whiletracking execution effectiveness.
    • Utilise acombined qualitative and quantitative methodology along with inputsfrom various internal sources to continuously advance thestandardised construction of spatial locationrelated processeswithin the company.
    • Coordinate the overallmanagement and advancement of key projects related to the companysreal estate and location supporting the overall strategicoperations of the department.
    Qualifications
    • Experience in corporate strategyplanning preferred.
    • Willing to take onchallenges selfdriven and resilient.
    • Excellentlearning ability a good sense of logical thinking and strongorganisational skills.
    • A team player withgreat communication and influencing skills.
    • Full of curiosity and capable of making judgments oncomplex matters.
