    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    The Product Analyst will be an extension of the Product Strategy team within the high performing and extremely nimble Ads Monetisation and Platforms organisation. The candidate should be highly analytical likes to build datadriven solutions to improve processes and driving product. This role will be key to analysing product performance trends and work in tandem with the product market team to formulate direction of product strategy.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work directly with product marketing managers to size potential impact of problemstosolve for our business around the globe.
    • Measure and visualise the effectiveness of product effectiveness and updates.
    • Data ownership: Design and implement reporting dashboards and the associated data pipeline to deliver insights and enhance the workflows of internal teams.
    • Leverage syndicated 3rd party research services and 1st party internal systems to compile synthesise and turnaround rapid insights collateral to meet inbound requests.
    • Carry out metaanalysis and aggregate studies to prove TikToks value to brand and performance advertisers.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Relevant bachelors degree in a business field with a focus on quantitative or research methods; graduate degrees in a science mathematics operations business digital marketing behavioural psychology or surveybased research methods is a plus.
    • Proficiency in SQL.
    • Proficiency in R SAS SPSS or similar data analytical tools.
    • 5 years of relevant working experience.
    • Experience partnering with business and used data to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organisation.
    • Ability to conduct rigorous analysis and communicate conclusions to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
    • Experience leveraging visualisation tools in their daytoday work (Tableau PowerBI or similar).

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Masters degree in data analytics related fields.
    • Working in media and/or advertising environment.
    • Ability to work crossfunctionally with multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship building collaboration negotiation and influence skills.
