    Description:

    Asa CAD/BIM Detailer you will support the project management team inthe production of design, construction and field-use documentsutilizing building information modeling (BIM) software. ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS:

    • Initial projectmodel set-up
    • Review project scope of work,including plans, specifications, estimates andproposals
    • Model equipment, ductwork, and pipingsystems and equipment
    • Coordinate with otherdesign disciplines and construction trades (may require projectsite visits)
    • Track RFI's and drawingissue revisions
    • Annotate drawings for pricing,permit and installation
    • Develop content asnecessary
    • Assist in maintenance of contentlibraries and modeling standards

    Additional Skills&Qualifications:

    REQUIREMENTS:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: 5 +years' experience – HVAC design/detailing.Ability to read and understand mechanical, architectural andstructural plans. Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of CAD DesignSystems, 2+ years Revit COMPETENCIES:

    • Accuracy: Ability to perform workaccurately and thoroughly.
