    Food Beverage Coordinator - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Accor- North & Central America

    Description
    • Provide general administrativesupport to the F&B and KitchenDepartment
    • Provide general clerical and projectbased administrative support
    • Assist withpreparation of department reports andpresentations
    • Good communication skills withthe team
    • Co-ordination with Procurement andvendors on store supplies and placing orders wherenecessary
    • Ensure that thedepartment's processes are in line with companyrequirements
    • Other analysis and follow-up asrequired by the F&B and Kitchenteam
    • Maintain the office on a day-to-day basis.Assist Management in scheduling meetings, making travel plans,arranging conferences, facilitating internal and externalcommunications, preparing correspondence and reports, andmaintaining data, records and files. Tracks budgets, expenditures,and project status.
    • Develops and implementsadministrative support systems to improve productivity andoperational effectiveness.
    • Maintain officesupplies, stationery, forms, keys, tools and facilitiesequipment
    • Provides general office support,including copying, faxing, distributing incoming mail andprocessing outgoing mail.
    • Maintains attendancerecords, assists in payroll support activities, and providesadministrative support for performancereviews.
    • Liaising with Talent & Cultureto ensure a transparent communication with the colleagues and alsoresponsible for looking after invoices, accruals, monthly payrollattendance.
    • Be the ambassador of thedepartment
    • Any other duties as may reasonablybe requested by the management team

    Qualifications

    • Able to focus andprioritize
    • Perfect English in both oral andwritten
    • Excel experience including a high levelof understanding for figures.
    • Organized andable to multi-task
    • Previous work experience inHotel is a must
    • Must be willing to workflexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support parkoperations.
    • Advanced communication skills,written and verbal required.
    • Strong Leadershipto motivate and engage with team members andmanagement
    • Problem Solving and solutions;Guests, Suppliers, Internal
    • OASYS knowledge isa plus
    • Calm personality, and able to listen toothers
