    Wehave always been a remote company spread across seven countries andfive You ll work remotely from your home in Colombia and reportdirectly to the Chief Customer

    Inthis role you will lead a team of account managers that will workwith our accounts to ensure they realize the full value of our Yourteam will be responsible for onboarding and activation, expansionsand Your work will involve automations to reach out to customers atscale plus account management of our enterprise To succeed in thisrole, you will have to be deeply involved in ensuring that yourteam functions seamlessly with a strong focus on operationalexcellence and customer

    Inthis role, youwill:
    • Bein-charge of delivering a seamless customer experience across allstages and touch points in the customerjourney
    • Driveglobal initiatives to improve customer activation, onboarding,expansion andretention
    • Ensurethat the account management team works in collaboration with allother businessfunctions
    • Leverageexisting and additional relevant technologies for tracking keymetrics across the full customerlifecycle
    • Managea portfolio of premium customers, across the entirelifecycle
    • Furtherdevelop and mature playbooks, aligning to key moments that matterfor time to value, feature adoption, expansion andrenewals
    • Diginto data to pull actionable insights that help to guide andmeasure
    • Collectand share insightful feedback from our customers back into themarketing, and productteams
    Tobe successful in this role, you will need thefollowing:
    • Adegree from a reputableuniversity
    • 5+years of leadership in Account Management/Customer Success withinSaaS, preferably in support of technologyproducts
    • Experiencein leading and driving customer facing initiatives withcross-functionalteams
    • Strongprocess/project management skills with the ability to thinkstrategically and implementtactically
    • Theideal candidate is highly analytical and self-motivated withexperience in maximizing the potential of their team throughcoaching andleadership
    • Excellentwritten and verbal Englishcommunication
    • Youare experienced at proactive engagement during the customer journeyand know the moments thatmatter
    • As asolver by nature, you eagerly look for new ways to do things thathelp the teamscale
    • Youare team and goal oriented, with an impact first and takeinitiativemindset
