    Description

    As part of its aggressive growth strategy over the next 5 years, the company seeks a self-motivated business development professional with strong business acumen, preferably with at least 3+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment. The purpose of this role is to drive qualitative and quantitative growth within the GCC region, in line with the company's international Standards, Processes, and Policies.

    Responsibilities:

    New Business Growth:

    • Identify potential partnerships with theme parks, attractions, and resorts.
    • Develop and execute sales presentations and proposals.
    • Negotiate, close and integrate contract requirements with business operations.
    • Maintain a high awareness and understanding of the market and the competition.
    • Provide timely reports and updates to line manager as required.

    Contract Renewal / Account Management:

    • Sustain rapport with senior management in partner organizations and anticipate new opportunities.
    • Work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure project completion.
    • Strengthen and develop existing partnerships within the company's portfolio.
    • Identify and maximize revenue opportunities by implementing initiatives.
    • Provide timely reports and updates to line manager as required.

    Skill set:

    • Strong both written and oral communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
    • Assertive yet pleasant disposition and attitude.
    • A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
    • Strategic intuitive skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks/projects.
    • Enthusiastic about working in an ever-evolving, fast-growing environment.
    • Fluent in spoken and written English
