    Description
    • Check, clean and restock allresidential area washrooms, residential lobby, mail room,residential corridors, and all common areas (e.g., meeting room,theatre, resident's lounge, etc.) and heart-of-housespace (inclusive of office spaceetc.)
    • Anticipates residents' needsand takes ownership of concerns and requests; acts decisively toensure satisfaction. Offers a special personalised touch when anopportunity is presented.
    • Is proficient in thesafe handling of all relevant equipment and machinery, reportsdefects and accidents to management immediately. Is competent inMSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) procedures and trained inaccident response.
    • Cleans and self-inspectspublic areas as assigned and in accordance with Four Seasonsstandards.
    • The ability to spot all furnitureand keep it in its proper place.
    • Cleans allcommon areas including elevators/lifts, elevator/lift doors,windows, carpets as well as collect garbage/trash throughout theproperty.
    • The ability to offer assistance toany resident in a courteous and friendlymanner.
    • Maintain all equipment and supplies anduse them in a proper manner.
    • Keep Housekeepingstorage areas tidy and correctly stocked and closed at all timeswhen not in use. Must ensure working equipment is always clean,tidy and in good working order. To be responsible for reporting anymalfunctioning equipment.
    • Maintain cleanliness,inventory, set-ups and standards in the locker rooms, pool andfitness Center and have the ability to provide proper and safeoperation of the equipment in these areas.
    • Workclosely with the Facilities Manager to administer preventivemaintenance procedures and to limit equipment down time by ensuringproper use and care. The ability to report equipment malfunctionspromptly and accurately.
    • Ensure compliance ofchecklists by walking and ensuring all areas of locker rooms arewell maintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensure high qualitypresentation and repair of all locker roomequipment.
    • Handles soiled linen from commonareas (health club, spa, pool) and ensures clean laundry isplaced.
    • The ability to handle locker keys andkeep them inventoried.
    • The ability to regularlycheck locker rooms. Make sure all surfaces are clean. Restock allsupplies including toilet paper, toiletries, towels and handtowels.
    • The ability to issue, stock and ordertowels, robes, swimsuits, toiletries, juices, fruits and otheritems or amenities needed in the area to provide homeowners with alevel of service in keeping with a FourSeasons.
