About theRole

Partnering closely with the VP/GM of theMiddle East & Africa region (MEA) the Senior HR Manager MEAwill act as the HR business partner to the MEA leadership team onstrategic and operational HR matters in the region. The idealcandidate will partner with internal as well as externalstakeholders able to interact and have an impact also with seniorleaders in the EU region. She/He will be the primary owner ofdeveloping and implementing people and organizational solutions toexecute against the business strategy. As part of this role theincumbent will identify assess and develop talent in the region andlead key interventions to retain and attract the right talent forcritical roles that will support the growth expected in theRegion.

YourResponsibilities

• Partner with businessleaders in our MEA region to develop and execute talent strategiesfor the teams inclusive of growth initiatives leadershipdevelopment acquisition of early talent and diversity andinclusion
• Identify and solve operational andorganizational challenges leveraging the appropriate resourceswithin or outside the department
• Enhancebusiness efficiency through HR process improvement and introductionof Standard

Work

• Understand and analyzeorganizational needs and capabilities proactively create andimplement structure improvements partner with the businessleader(s) to identify assess and action regional HR initiatives tosupport the organizational and talent needs currently or in thefuture.
• Develop and execute full cyclerecruiting initiatives to attract and recruit top & diversetalent across the region including monthly reporting andanalytics
• Provide seamless endtoend HRoperational services and guidance including talent and performancemanagement compensation & benefits management ensuringaccurate records system administration payroll compliance labor lawand employee relations.
• Coach and supportmanagers in enhancing their leadership skills and developingteams.
• Partner and facilitate change managementto accelerate growth and sustain effective businessprocesses.
• Apply skills to facilitate EmployeeRelations matters. Investigate allegations of misconduct includingharassment discrimination etc. Guide management on disciplinary andtermination procedures.
• Drive and facilitateevents and programs designed to increase associateengagement.

Jobrequirements

• 12 years of handson HRBusiness Partner with track record in managing core HR processessuch as talent and performance management talent acquisition annualsalary and equity cycle employee engagement & relations andorganizational development
• 5 years experiencein managing significant change/project initiatives driving businessgrowth across multisite and regional teams in sales service andmarketing
• Ability to objectively mentoremployees and build strong working relationships across all levelsof the organization including remote locations as well as externalpartnerships
• Knowledge of local labour law andprocedures in UAE South Africa and SaudiArabia
• Experience with HR data analytics andskilled to apply knowledge of key business drivers and the factorsthat maximize performance for area ofresponsibility
• Bachelor degree in HR orBusiness Administration or equivalent
• Businessproficiency in Englishlanguage
