    Description
    • Be your seller partners'consultant, providing them with data-driven insights and advice tooptimize their success and grow theirbusiness.
    • To ensure portfolio management towarda growth plan, identify key business opportunities in yourcategories by spotting popular brands, trends, andpricing.
    • Conduct deep dive analysis on issuesaffecting selling partners' business performance andprovide the Voice of the Seller as an input into productdevelopment and process improvement.
    • Workclosely with selling partners, educating them aboutAmazon's/Souq's high standards of delivery andCustomer Experience.
    • Track and report businessdevelopment results, analyze data, interpret reports andinformation, and publish recommendations & action plans foryour portfolio of selling partners.
    • Partnerwith multiple stakeholders to align programs and initiatives tohelp drive the growth of your selling partnersportfolio.

    BasicQualifications

    • 3+ years' of relatedexperience.
    • Negotiation and sellingskills.
    • Bachelor's Degree inEconomics, Management, Engineering or related degreerequired.
    • Demonstrated analytical ability,either in professional experience (data analysis) oreducation.
    • Excellent written and oralcommunication (English); able to express thoughts logically andsuccinctly.
    • Entrepreneurial drive anddemonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative andfast-paced environment.
    • Computer skills (Excel,Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

    PreferredQualifications

    • Experience in Toys or Sportsbusiness
    • Masters Degree in Management, Businessor related degree required.
    • Previous experienceand demonstrated track record in account management, productmarketing or management consultingroles.
    • E-Commerce or Retail experience in GCCpreferred.
    • Knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL,sales and productivity tools like Oracle Business Intelligence,Salesforce is a plus.
