    The Role
    At Guildhall we are currentlyworking with a dynamic and forwardthinking Real Estate Agency. Theyare currently seeking a motivated and experienced OperationalAssistant to join their team in the Dubai office. Job Description:As a Real Estate Consultant with Guildhall you will play a crucialrole in sourcing highquality residential properties for buying andselling across various cities. Additionally you will be responsiblefor identifying and engaging new landlords to manage their premiumproperties. This role involves a blend of property sourcingrelationship building and administrative tasks to support the Sr.Executive and the team. Key Responsibilities: Source and evaluateresidential properties for acquisition and sale in alignment withclient requirements. Identify and establish relationships withhighprofile landlords for property management services. Conductmarket research to stay informed about real estate trends andopportunities in the specified regions. Collaborate with the Sr.Executive and team to achieve organizational goals. Performadministrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the realestate department.     Requirements
    • Proven experience in real estate with a focus onresidential property sourcing and transactions. Strongunderstanding of the real estate market in Dubai the UK Qatar andSwitzerland. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part ofa team. Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.Own visa or spouse visa is a must. Guildhall will assist with visaarrangements for qualified candidates. Possession of a validdriving license is a plus. Compensation: Salary: AEDper month(dependent on experience). Remote work with possible travelrequirements. Bonus scheme to be discussed after 6 months ofprobation.
