    Letitulaire du poste aura comme principale responsabilit la vente deforfaits corporatifs aux avocats et aux notaires, tout en assurantle service et le suivi de ces incorporations aupr s des clients, enplus de promouvoir les diff rents services de lentreprise.

    Votrequotidien:

    • Dmarchage de la nouvelle clientle;
    • Prparer et r diger diverses r solutions et documents corporatifs;
    • Coordonnerles dossiers, g rer les documents et assurer des suivis lorsque ncessaire;
    • Procder lincorporation et lorganisation de soci t s;
    • Participerla r organisation de soci t s;
    • Participeraux s ances de v rification diligente et de cl ture;
    • Prparer les livres et documents de cl ture;
    • Effectuerdiverses recherches et inscriptions au Registre foncier et au RDPRM;
    • Maintenirles livres de proc s-verbaux de soci t s jour;
    • Prparer et d poser les documents et les d clarations annuellesrequises aupr s de Corporations Canada et de OnCorp;
    • Raliser toutes autres t chesconnexes.
