    Description
    • Build strong partnerships withbusiness leaders (e.g. Site Leaders, Operations Managers, AreaManagers, Field Learning Team) to understand their learning needsand ensure targeted solution development. Dive in to quickly learnabout learners' goals and challenges, their workenvironment, how they walk (fast) and how they talk(straightforward).
    • Own the end-to-enddevelopment and execution of learning interventions across multiplebusiness lines/regions.
    • Leverage science anddata driven approaches to design and deploy learning andperformance solutions. Use rapid design and distribution methods(virtual, classroom, blended and multi-media) that best suitbusiness needs and which tangibly and positively impactperformance.
    • Manage, interpret and analyzebusiness data to report conclusions and make recommendations basedon findings.
    • Produce written reports tocommunicate and gain support for solutions, measurement andevaluation plans.
    • Select, design and deployappropriate mechanisms to measure learning impact. A day in thelife No two days are ever the same in this team, as you'llbe leading various programs and projects, and engaging with keystakeholders throughout the network in MENA. This team isincredibly collaborative, fun, and focused on doing great workwhile learning and growing

    BasicQualifications

    • A Bachelor's degree inLearning & Development, Education, Psychology, Sociology,HR, Management, or another relevantfield
    • Aptitude for learning and leveragingscience and technology for both solution design and dataanalysis
    • Ability to actively use metrics, andtraining data to track and manage impact of trainingefforts
    • Management skills: organization,managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, usingtime well, and doing whatever it takes to deliver reliableresults
    • Superior communication and influenceskills are a must with the ability to communicate effectively andcredibly both verbally and in writing with audiences acrosslevels
    • A strong focus on internalcustomers' needs and satisfaction, with an emphasis ondemonstrating return on investment
    • Innovativeand proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to usejudgment in complex and ambiguoussituations
