    Clientis a Singapore based digital marketingagency looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing Managerdelivering repeatable success for mid-to-large accounts in Indiaand APAC region. The ideal candidate will be responsible formanaging, optimizing and scaling Performance marketing campaignsacross multiple channels to drive growth and revenue for clients.The ideal candidate possesses the ingredients of analytical skills,curiosity, attention to detail, knows 360 degree media planning andmedia strategy, but most importantly is a self-starter and problemsolver.

    Here s adetailed description on the key responsibilities-

    Keyduties &responsibilities

    Develop andexecute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns acrossGoogle Ads, Facebook Ads, and otherplatforms

    Planning(20%):Setting the right goals, coming up with an appropriate mediaapproach, preparing a media plan and forecasting keydeliverables

    AccountManagement(30%): Manage and maintain relationships with clients,understanding briefs, present and get plansapproved.

    Operational(10%):Collaborate with the ops & creative teams for ad copy,images, and videos to make sure campaignslaunch ontime.

    Optimization(20%):Suggestions on ongoing optimization opportunities while thecampaign islive

    Reporting andanalytics(15%) : Provide regular updates on campaign performanceand identify areas for improvement during and after thecampaign.

    Skills& Experiencerequired

    4+years of work experience either in a reputed digital media agencyor on the D2Cbrand.

    Extensive andhands-on success of handling Paid Social, Programmatic, SEM, AmazonAds.

    Stronganalytical skills and experience in translating data from analysistools such as Google/Adobe analytics into actionableinsights.

    Handled majorcampaigns with exposure and knowledge of integrated campaignsincluding offline and onlinemedia.

    Stay up-to-datewith the latest industry trends and technologies to ensurecampaigns are at the forefront of the digital marketinglandscape

    Excellentcommunication skills, with the ability to present data-driveninsights toclients

    Proven trackrecord of driving growth and revenue through digital marketingcampaigns

    Experienceworking in a digital marketing agency environment is aplus

    Strongproficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and familiarity with otherdigital marketing tools like SEMRush, SimilarWeb,Helium10

    Bachelors orabove from an accredited university orcollege

    SoftSkills

    Should be aself-starter, always keen to learn and proactive to assumeresponsibility.

    Have the abilityto breakdown complex ideas and explain in laymanterms

    analyticalthinker and approaches problem solving with a commercial bent ofmind.
