    Description
    • Ensure that the EPC Contractorcomplete the Contract review according to applicable systemprocedures;
    • Ensure that the EPC Contractorreviews and assures the compliance of PEP with applicable systemdocumentation and client requirements;
    • Checkthat the Project Execution Plan is maintained up-dated by the EPCContractor;
    • Ensure that the EPC Contractormaintains relationship with Clientcounterpart;
    • Check that critical supplies aremonitored by the EPC Contractor through QC reports, as per ProjectExecution Plan requirements;
    • Check that the EPCContractor maintains records of all Findings arisen during theengineering and procurement / subcontractingdevelopment;
    • Check that the EPC Contractorexpedites commitment definition and closes-out, keeps update database and analyses trend of relevant projectFindings;
    • Check that the EPC Contractorverifies that Findings arisen are overcome with Corrective Actionsaccording to the established systemdocumentation;
    • Check that the EPC Contractormanages and assures that records or Dossiers of Corrective Actionsare kept;
    • Check that the EPC Contractorprepares audit schedule and performs audit within Project TaskForce;
    • Check that the EPC Contractor KeepsQuality Manager informed of the progress of theproject;
    • Check that the EPC Contractor keepsQuality collection data system up-dated;
    • Checkthat the EPC Contractor includes KPI analysis in the Contractmonthly report and provide narrative on QAS activities asrequired;
    • Check that the EPC Contractorprepares a Quality activities report to the Project Manager whererequired for Contract periodic reporting;
    • Checkthat the EPC Contractor performs all necessary surveillance actionson criticality rated items (QC report analysis, Findings records orDossiers are available, Assessments)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor'sdegree
    • 7 years'experience
    • Good written and verbalcommunication skills
    • Experience in PMC/EPCOrganization in Refinery/Petrochemical Industries and have managedmajor projects
