    AssignedResponsibilities or Duties:

    • Greetingall patients and directing them to appropriate area or;
    • Operatinga central telephone console or multi-line system to receive androute;
    • Dailyduties include scheduling appointments and initial evaluations,taking initial intake information, typing, faxing documentselectronically
    • Collectingco-payments and wellness store purchases, calling patients who havemissedappointments,
    • Assistingtherapists with laundry, escorting patients into gym, making surepatients are
    • Setup and clean up for patient
    • Askingquestions to determine the customers needs, and directingcustomers/visitors to the appropriate

    Administrativeduties toinclude:

    • Callinginsurance companies to verify benefits and request authorizations,printing of medical records as requested, welcome letters to newpatients and MDs, thank you letters to MDs, updating physicians andnew patients in the referral database, running frequency reportsweekly in the scheduler and any other tasks assigned to he/she bythe

    Thisposition may requireexperience:
