    Mobilization Coordinator - Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - Wood

    Description
    • Receive and verify all visadocuments from employees and document in correct order forprocessing
    • Closely and properly check all thedocuments are accurate as per checklist toprocess
    • Closely check all the guarantordocuments are accurate and valid as perrequirements
    • Type all documents properly andavoid any delay or rejection in visa/ governmentmatters
    • Processing custom clearances foremployees' shipments into thecountry
    • Prepare paperwork for new / renewalresidency /driving license applications in a timelymanner
    • Prepare paperwork new/renewal vehiclepasses to client facilities in a timelymanner
    • Collect applications and documentpaperwork for residency cancellations of employees and dependentsif applicable
    • Keep accurate records ofresidencies, driving licences & accesses to clientpremises
    • Prepare all visa applications foremployees visiting other countries
    • Processingof registration & deregistration of national employees withSocial Security & required Ministry for the country asapplicable
    • Assist and document Police reportsfor personnel & authorised dependents for damaged vehicles,lost site passes, lost passports, lost civil IDsetc.,
    • Maintain good relations with employees,line management & all associated externalbodies
    • Take employees & families toairport upon demobilisation to ensure smooth exit fromcountry

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • MinimumSecondary school certificate Knowledge, skills andexperience
    • Min 3 years experience in similarposition
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks andpriorities in a fast-pacedenvironment
    • Applicants should have strongcommunication skills in both Arabic & English (Writing& Speaking)
    • Knowledge on Labor law mostimportantly on Immigration rules andregulation
    • Excellent typing skills in bothEnglish and Arabic
    • Good computer skills (MSOffice)
    • Attention todetail
    • Knowledge of all government relatedwebsite functioning Personalattributes
    • Excellent networking andinterpersonal skills
    • Report writing andpresentation skills
