    Developsand implements digital marketing strategies that effectivelypromote our products or services enhance brand awareness drivetargeted traffic to our digital platforms and potentially generateleads or sales in the IMEA Region.

    This positionplays a crucial role in leveraging various digital channels such associal media email search engines and content marketing to engagewith our target audience build brand loyalty and achieve keybusinessgoals.

    Yourmain responsibilities:

    • TheDigital Marketing Specialist is responsible for assessing campaignperformance staying informed about industry trends and bestpractices and continuously optimizing digital marketing efforts tomaximize results and ROI.
    • Understanding of DigitalLandscape: Stay updated with the latest trends platformsand technologies in digital marketing. This includes knowledge ofSEO SEM social media marketing email marketing content marketingand analytics tools.
    • Data AnalysisSkills: Ability to analyze data from various digitalmarketing campaigns and platforms to derive actionable insights.Proficiency in tools like Adobe analytics Google Ads Manager MetaAds Manager MARKETO SAP CRM etc. iscrucial.
    • Target AudienceUnderstanding: an overall understanding of the targetaudience including their demographics behaviors preferences andpain points. This supports to crafting effective marketingstrategies and messages (in collaboration with our Productmanagers)
    • Creativity and ContentCreation: Ability to create compelling and engagingcontent across various digital channels. This includes writing copydesigning visuals creating videos using Adobe Creative Suite andability to manage and liaise with media and creative agencies.
    • Strategic Thinking:Developing clear and achievable digital marketing activitiesaligned with the overall business objectives/strategy. Being ableto prioritize tasks iskey.
    • Adaptability: Digitalmarketing is a fastpaced field with frequent changes in algorithmstrends and consumer behavior. Being adaptable and quick to respondto changes is crucial forgrowth.
    • CommunicationSkills: Effective communication skills are necessary forcollaborating with crossfunctional teams conveying ideas clearly.IMEA is very broad.
    • ROIFocus: Understanding the importance of return oninvestment (ROI) and continuously optimizing digital marketingefforts to improve ROI metrics such as conversion rates cost peracquisition etc.
    • Testing andOptimization: Implementing testing and other optimizationtechniques to refine digital marketing strategies and improveperformance over time. Working alongside marketing coordinators toovalidate the digital marketing activities
    • Continuous Learning: Beingcommitted to continuous learning and selfimprovement in the fieldof digital marketing. This includes attending conferences webinarsonline courses and staying updated with industry publication if andwhen necessary.

    Your required skills and experienceinclude:

    • Bachelors degree inmarketing communications or a relatedfield.
    • Proven experience as a digital marketeror similar role with a proven experience with of deliveringeffective digital marketing campaigns (35years)
    • Proficiency in digital marketing toolsand platforms including Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager and emailmarketing software Adobe Experience Manager Marketo SAP CRMSprinklr PowerBI Adobe AnalyticsSiteimprove
    • Advanced written and verbalcommunication skills with the ability to create engaging contentfor various digital channels.
    • Strong analyticalskills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive insights andoptimize campaign performance.
    • Creativethinking and problemsolving skills with an enthusiasm forinnovation and staying ahead of industrytrends.
    • Ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously and work effectively in a complex diverseenvironment.
    • Good attention to detail andorganizational skills with a focus on delivering highquality workon time and within budget.
    • Team player with theability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams andstakeholders.
    • Certification in digitalmarketing (e.g. Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Blueprint) isbeneficial.
