    Description

    Works with the management team to improve product and quality within the companyTo develop the company's sales & marketing business plans and budget and thereafter, evaluate business trends to modify strategies and then interprets, analyses and manages budget to meet business objectivesProvide constructive coaching and counseling to fellow employeesTo work with and motivate the sales team to develop the revenue management process of the companyTo manage all marketing communication matters and activities whilst working with appointed Public Relations and Marketing Agency.

    Whilst ensuring an excellent rapport is established with all relevant media - locally, regionally and internationallyTo maximize profitability for the company, with a total revenue focus for major revenue centers which includes, Food & Beverage, Equestrian, Shooting, Water Sport, Karting, Recreational and Retail consistent with company objectivesTo identify prospective business partners for the purpose of promotions and public relations activitiesTo promote and strengthen the positioning of the company for the key business and market segmentsPreparation and administration of overall department budget and preparation of monthly and long term strategic department planMonitoring the sales performance through the compilation and preparation of all sales reports including forecasts, budgets, weekly and monthly forecasts to ensure company objectives are metDevelopment and maintenance of key accounts through personal sales calls, correspondence with existing and potential client base, and attendance at both travel and related industry meetings and trade showsPlanning, developing and implementing marketing programs designed to maximize revenues consistent with company objectivesRequirementsMaster's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field or equivalent commercial experienceMinimum years' UAE experience in hospitality and / or sports facilities environmentExperience in an integrated Private or Semi-Private Resort and Country Club or Sports Club with both Membership and Public access in a senior leadership roleExcellent leadership skills with experience of driving performance in teamsAbility to provide honest feedback and constructive criticism to the teamHighly organized and detail-oriented; hands-on commitment to getting the job done, multi-tasking and time managementStrong understanding of database structures, reporting tools and computer systemsStrong leadership skills, organizational and planning abilities including the ability to deal with/work under pressure and tight deadlinesProficient with MS Office applications, Outlook or any related system and applicationsStrong analytical/problem solving, quantitative abilities and ability to work under pressure and handle stress Disclaimer:
