  • This position will be based in Riyadh.
  • The StrategicSourcing Manager KSA will support our fast-evolving procurement synergies andleveraging activities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's rapidly growingportfolio. The selected candidate will work within RHG Corporate StrategicSourcing Organization, reporting to the Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager - MiddleEast and will be based in Riyadh, KSA.
  • Theselected candidate will manage the development and implementation ofMarket-Focused Procurement, Strategic Sourcing synergies and leveragingactivities within the Kingdom to deliver financial and non-financial benefitswhile ensuring compliance with RHG Policies and Processes.
  • This is afast-paced, multi-dimensional role and to be considered for this position youneed to have comprehensive knowledge of the KSA market in terms of local andinternational sourcing, procurement, logistics and supply chain management. Youneed to have solid project management capabilities, good understating offinancial and accounting practices, ability to handle advanced data analyticsas well as be a keen negotiator and excellent communicator.
  • Theselected candidate should also be able to form successful businessrelationships with new and existing Vendors to deliver enhanced value to RHGportfolio stakeholders in KSA.
  • KeyResponsibilities:

  • Act as amember of the MEA Strategic Sourcing team and contribute actively to thetransformation of the function within KSA with a primary focus on cost, supplyreliability and overall effectiveness.
  • Define,manage, and implement effective market-focused sourcing strategies fordifferent types of goods and services within KSA.
  • Analysemarket-specific controllable spend data to demonstrate meaningful findings withthe aim of identifying synergies and leveraging opportunities within KSA.
  • Activelyengage cross-functionally and with local business leaders as a strategicpartner to improve commercial arrangements with vendors and service providerswhile enhancing customer experience, product quality and productivity with afocus on total cost of ownership and associated risks.
  • Manage themarket-focused Vendors ́ selection and contracting process as per RHG Policy,maximizing Sourcing Value Contribution and enhancing contract utilization.
  • Define andmeasure vendor KPI parameters to address areas of potential improvement andexplore possible innovations.
  • Responsiblefor the coaching, development, deployment, and performance management of LocalProperty Procurement Resources within KSA.
  • Responsiblefor the preparation of E-Procurement events (RFIs, RFPs, Contracting and Organizationof project approval documents) for KSA.
  • Adopt aculture of value engineering and continuous improvement in all commercialnegotiations.
  • Support the Pre-Opening Process for RHG KSA Portfolio andestablish closer partnership with the relevant teams to maximize utilization ofcorporate and local vendors.
  • Developindustry, product, and supply base knowledge, including key cost drivers; formstrategic alliances with key local and international vendors to betterunderstand their supply chain qualifications.
  • Review and analysepurchase requisitions, investigate and develop sources of supplies, prepare RFQspecifications, issue RFQ requests and review quotations.
  • MinimumQualifications:

  • Bachelor'sdegree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or otherrelevant fields.
  • Minimum 5 yearsof experience in a Procurement & SCM roles.
  • StrongAnalytical Skills, Lean Six Sigma experience and certification is a plus.
  • Goodcommand of written and verbal business communication in English is a must,Arabic is a plus.
  • Excellentknowledge and application of MS Excel functions with the ability to organizeand work with large data sets.
  • Ability tomanage multiple tasks and set priorities.
  • Ability towork well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Naturalsense of organization, effective planning, problem-solving and decision-makingskills.
  • Proactiveapproach to meeting deadlines and objectives.
  • Ability towork cohesively as part of a team but also alone.
  • Highlyresponsible & reliable.
