    Description

    [What the role is]

    Reporting to the Head of Department (IT Audit), you will provide assistance in conducting audits and administrative matters. You will be primarily involved in continuous audits using Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs) developed by Group Internal Audit (GIA).

    [What you will be working on]

  • Preparing the data files and reports using the CAATs programs / tools for the purpose of conducting continuous audits.
  • Reviewing the generated logs and reports after running the CAATs programs / tools.
  • Assisting in investigation of the exceptions or errors encountered during the audits.
  • Preparing reports on CAATs related exceptions noted, with follow-ups conducted.
  • Documenting the work done in the audit management software.
  • Enhancing and updating the CAATS programs where required.

  • Preferably with a Diploma in Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics and Visualisation, or a related field of study.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise work and meeting deadlines.
  • Hardworking and keen to learn.
  • Meticulous and able to work independently.
  • Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal, written and communication skills.
