    ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:


    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations within varies industry sectorsAct as the primary point of contact, understanding clients' goals, and ensuring their success with Cafu's offerings.


    Account Management:
    Take ownership of B2B accounts, overseeing their success and satisfaction.
    Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve mutual businessobjectives.


    Business Development:
    Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding partnerships with existing clients.
    Actively contribute to business growth by leveraging existing relationships and exploring new avenues for partnership.

    Requirements

    Degree educated and or min of 2 years lead generation or entry level sales.
    Proven experience in B2B account management.
    In-depth understanding of [industry-specific] operations and market dynamics.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    Results-driven with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
    Ability to thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment.
