    • Dirigerdes projets de grande envergure avec lesite
    • Construireet ex cuter des plans de productivit par le biais de revue des prvisions, du volume projet et des effectifs projets.
    • Veillerau respect des mesures de s curit , de contr le qualit , de laproductivit cible et de la promesse delivraison
    • Travailleren collaboration avec tous les d partements travers les projets ouen soutien aux besoins de l entreprise et des ressources humainespour laborer desplans

    Therole


    Weare currently looking for a supervisor with solid team and projectmanagement skills. The ideal candidate should know the operationalinner workings of a high-volume warehouse and should have a proventrack-record of continuous improvement in a similar environment.The applicant should thrive in an environment that challenges themin a leadership position focusing on developing and empoweringtheir team. The Supervisor will be responsible to supportday-to-day operations, team development, personnel management, aswell as participate in continuous improvement initiatives,including systems implementation, automation, quality control,etc.

    Whatyou willdo:
    • Manageand drive staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives,performance levels and process change initiatives
    • Support,mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourlyworkforce
    • Leadlarge-scope projects withsite
    • Buildand execute productivity plans through forecast reviews, projectedvolume and projectedheadcount.
    • Managesafety, quality, productivity, and customer deliverypromises
    • Workingin collaboration with all departments through projects, businessneeds support and human resource to developplans


    Whatyou need tohave
    • ABachelors Degree or similar work experience
    • 2+ yearsof direct management experience for employees and theirperformance
    • Worka flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights,and/orholiday
    • Advancedknowledge of operations related and reporting software (Looker,Excel andWMS).
