    JESS seeks to appoint a Head of Finance and Operations (HFO) to join its highly sought after and ambitious school as it sets out on the next phase of its growth.

    The successful candidate will form a part of JESS's Executive Team, responsible for strategic planning and reporting, process optimisation, and resource allocation.

    Reporting to the Director, the HFO will be manage and lead the Finance, Facilities and IT Departments. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, financially astute, commercially driven and a collaborative leader.

    He/she will have the ability to strategically influence decision making and have experience in managing change projects. A willingness to constructively challenge his/her work and others to continually improve and develop performance is essential as is being an excellent communicator and team player.

    The package offers a generous salary, which includes a living allowance and private health care insurance.
