    Job Responsibilities

  • Drives growth in Systems & Software business of Emerson for UAE Upstream and Downstream Oil & Gas business by developing and implementing differentiated strategies to improve pursuits wins.
  • Balances focus on the different portfolios of the business (Software, ICSS, Reliability, SCADA & RTU)
  • Identifies, qualifies, and leads presenting to opportunities to increase the Systems & Software market share in Central Region (UAE, Oman, Yemen & Lebanon).
  • Looking to extend existing client relationships at both the site and corporate level through well rounded account management activities.
  • Leading sophisticated sales-cycles which includes entire Systems & Software portfolio of products and making pitches to buyers, decision makers and influencers.
  • Builds and leads Upstream and Midstream Oil & Gas customer relationships including other collaborators such as FEED and EPC contractors.
  • Is responsible for the regional opportunity funnel and submits quarterly and yearly forecasts for Central Region.
  • Collaborates with Emerson Key Account Directors, segment leaders, and project pursuit team

    • Basic Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 3-8 years of relevant work experience in similar industry/ markets
  • Outstanding negotiation and closing skills, with a consistent track record to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Solid understanding of the energy sector, including energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability practices.
  • Can work in a fast-paced, daring environment.
