    Description
    • Lead on the holistic marketingstrategy for UAE working closely with our marketing agencyinfrastructure and global residential marketing teams to ensureconsistency and alignment.
    • Work directly withdeveloper clients to devise and oversee all client proposals anddevelopment specific marketing strategies, acting as the ultimatesign-off.
    • Act as the key conduit into theMiddle East residential marketing function for residential andclient stakeholders globally.
    • Assisting in theformulation and attending client pitches to present bespokedevelopment marketing strategies for MiddleEast.
    • Foster a data-first approach to campaignplanning in the region and Salesforce adoption across theteam.
    • Maintain and constantly evolve ourreporting mechanics, ensuring robust internal and client reportsagainst pre-agreed KPI's.
    • Manage ourthird-party marketing agency infrastructure relationships,contracts and performance mechanisms.
    • Toanalyse and interpret marketing data to confidently craftrecommendations and proposals for stakeholders and clients based onprevious campaign performance, market trends and clientappetite.
    • Build relationships with centralmarketing and comms functions to align on marketing plans andutilise central resource and budgets to drive our residentialbusiness.
    • Foster relationship with the localand international sales teams to ensure clear customer journeys andhand-off points between marketing andsales.
    • Work closely with our internal productteam to devise tech stack requirements, ensuring we are constantlyevolving our marketing channels with a focus oninnovation.
    • Act as the brand guardian for theregion, working with the head of residential marketing and centralbrand team to deliver a globally defined but locally nuancedapproach to always on marketing.
    • Work with thehead of performance marketing for residential marketing to definean always on ROI efficient approach to leadgeneration.
    • Work closely with our awarenessmarketing lead to ensure an always-on approach to brand marketingand positioning our team and capabilities as best inclass.
